HP Web Jetadmin - Time Zone/Daylight Saving configuration option shows the Moscow time zone as +4 hours instead of +3 hours in device configuration templates for HP FutureSmart devices

Issue: On the Config tab, you can change the Time Zone/Daylight Saving configuration option for HP FutureSmart devices. When you create a device configuration template for an HP FutureSmart device, the Time Zone/Daylight Saving configuration option displays (UTC+04:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd in the template. This should be (UTC+03:00) Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd.

HP FutureSmart devices can be identified by looking at the Firmware Version and/or Firmware Level on the device configuration page.

Solution: Install the Microsoft update for your operating system. The update is available from support.microsoft.com/kb/2998527.

Background information: Russia changed their summer/winter time zone schedule. HP Web Jetadmin obtains the time zone information from the operating system. Microsoft released an update for the schedule changes.
