How to identify the version of HP Sure Sense driver installed:
Method 1:

On devices with a Windows 10 operating system, right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features Apps and Features.

Navigate to HP Sure Sense. If HP Sure Sense is not in the list of installed applications, your system is not impacted.

Select HP Sure Sense to view the driver version information.

If the version is lower than 1.2.30.0 A1, then update your driver to version 1.2.30.0 A1 or later.
Method 2:
- On devices with a Windows operating system, in the Windows Search menu, type Control Panel.
- Click Control Panel.
- In Control Panel, click Program and then click Uninstall a Program.
- On the Programs and Features screen, navigate to HP Sure Sense to view the driver version information.
- If the version is lower than 1.2.30.0 A1, then update your driver to version 1.2.30.0 A1 or later.
