note:SyncThru Web Service is not an application install on the PC; it is a web based control panel for the printer. To use SyncThru the PC must be on the same network as the printer.
To open SyncThru, follow these steps:

Obtain the current IP address of the printer.
- If the printer has a LCD panel on the front, navigate to Menu > System Setup > Reports > Network Configuration and print the network configuration page to find the current IP.
- If the printer does not have a front LCD panel, hold down the Stop, Cancel, or WPS button until the status LED begins a fast blink. This will cause the printer to print a configuration page. If the printer prints a demo page or a supplies info page, then the button was held down too long or too short.

Open the browser, enter the IP address of the printer into the address bar, and press Enter.
note:
The IP address will be a number like 192.168.1.1. If an error shows or SyncThru is not displayed when typing in the printer's IP address, check the following:- Make sure the printer is on.
- Verify the printer is connected to the network.

The status will be listed beside Alert. If there is no error, then No Alert will display.
