Samsung Laser Printers - Other Printing Features Using Mac OS

This document explains how to use other printing features for a Samsung printer using a Mac computer. Other printing features include: Installable Options, Job Accounting User ID Encryption, Store printing, and Confirm Job Account when printing.

Installable Options

Installable Options includes advanced features like Finishing, Store job, and Extra Feed.

note:
Options might vary by device and are set automatically.

Select Job Encryption to encrypt the data.

note:
This feature is only available with a PS driver and a network-connected device.

Job Accounting User ID Encryption

To use third-party server printing, this option should be unchecked.

note:
This option will be provided from RC-4 in the case of Copier models.

Store printing

Stored Printing is used for a secured server printing environment, such as SecuThru Lite. This option should be set to 'On' to use secured server printing. Job Accounting also should be set accordingly.

Confirm Job Account when printing

Display a pop-up window to confirm the Job Account setting when printing.

note:
This option will be provided from RC-4 in the case of Copier models.
